Silent Conditioning
I grew up in a world that valued sameness
over individuality. Quietly, I learned to say yes,
to stay agreeable, to make others comfortable.
My voice existed, but buried. As long as I didn’t disturb, I was accepted. But that acceptance came
at a cost: my erasure.
The Inner Shift
Everything changed the day I made a personal, sincere, and unapologetic choice. A single “no” was enough to break the fragile balance around me.
Those who claimed to want the best for me revealed another face. I was no longer their reflection,I was becoming myself. And that was unsettling.
The Fall and the Awakening
Rejection, imposed silence, incomprehension...
I lived it as a betrayal. But within that pain, something awakened. For the first time, I was truly standing for myself. My voice drowned since childhood was finally rising to the surface.
The Birth of the Project
It was through that rupture that Droit de Parole was born. A space to say what had never been said.
To turn silence into image. Where every gaze,
every light, every posture expresses what words could never fully convey.
A Voice for Others
Today, this project goes beyond me.
It’s no longer just the story of a personal struggle,
but a mirror for others. Because making your own choices, in a world that constantly tells us who to be, is still an act of courage. And every voice deserves
to exist.
